I don’t know if these Buffalo Chicken Celery Sticks are healthy, but it is definitely better than deep fried chicken wings from Hooters. But, who doesn’t love buffalo sauce? It’s that spicy treat we all crave!!!
Not only is this recipe semi-healthy, but it can also use up last night’s leftover rotisserie chicken. Give it a shot and bring it to your next tailgating party!
Buffalo Chicken Celery Sticks

Buffalo Chicken Celery Sticks
- Total Time: 25 mins

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 6 celery stalks
Instructions
- Wash and prep the celery.
- Add the chicken to a food processor and process until well chopped.
- In a bowl, toss in the chicken, cream cheese and buffalo sauce. Mix until blended together.
- Add green onions and give it another quick mix.
- Chill for 20 mins to let the flavors meld together and solidify.
- Spoon mixture onto celery. Cut to desired length and serve immediately.
