I have always had the desire to make hummus at home but never had tahini on hand. Call it laziness but I just didn’t want to go to the store to buy just a can of tahini in order to make some hummus. So I figured I’d give it a shot and see what would happen if I left out the tahini. The results were quite delicious, and this recipe is a viable option if you are in a pinch.
