Welcome to Beardtastic Recipes Traffic Report for February!
If you remember from last month’s report, the site received 1700 pageviews which was a massive jump in traffic. I was hoping that I could build off that momentum and hit over 2000 pageviews this month. Well, I’m proud to say that I did meet that goal, and it was all in one day!!!
Apparently the day before the Super Bowl is high traffic for recipes! I woke up that morning and I had 500+ pageviews by 8 am and it would grow every hour. I’m not ashamed to say I had google analytics open all day on my phone watching the numbers climb in real time. I still can’t wrap my head around that the site received 4455 pageviews last month.
I also had a pleasant surprise this month when I realized my Strawberry Milkshake post made it onto Buzzfeed: 33 Treats To Make This Valentine’s Day!
I’m hoping to continue to build off of this momentum and start looking into ways to profit off this traffic.
