Welcome to Beardtastic Recipes Traffic Report for May!
May had a tinny tiny 1% increase in pageviews from last month’s report. It is not the massive jump I was looking for but at least traffic is staying stable.
The sources of traffic this month are quite intriguing. Even though Pinterest is still holding strong as the #1 source of traffic, both direct traffic and Google traffic doubled percentagewise from the previous month. This is a good indication that the site is starting to gain traction with Google, which I’m hoping will exponentially grow each month. I attribute this jump in Google traffic to Moz’s Beginner’s Guide to SEO . Their guide does an excellent job breaking down SEO into bite size chunks you can start implementing today. I highly recommend it to anyone struggling to understand what is SEO and how it works. I’m always learning something new everyday about SEO and it looks like it is start to finally pay off!
