Tuna salad sandwiches were a favorite of mine growing up. Anytime we took a family vacation somewhere, we would always pack an ice chest with soft drinks and these sandwiches. It’s one of those comfort foods you can never get enough of.
This tuna salad is simple yet tasty. The celery gives it a crunch while the green onions adds a nice kick of flavor. It’s versatile enough to go on pretty much anything, but personally I enjoy it on a fresh croissant or Ritz cracker.
